Marco.ai records the places you have been and shows them back to you. The iPhone app does the recording; the website only lets you sign in and see your data on a bigger screen. It is free, and offered to invited users while it is in early testing. It is provided as is: readings can be missed (for example while a phone is switched off or has no signal), a place can be labelled wrongly, and the service can change or stop. Marco.ai is a personal diary. It is not a legal or evidentiary record, and it is not a way to prove where you were for tax, immigration or any other official purpose.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes the data stored for you. Access is by invitation, and an account may be suspended if it is used to harm the service or other people.
Your travel data is yours. You give Marco.ai permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
To the extent the law allows, Marco.ai is not liable for losses that result from missing, delayed or inaccurate readings or labels, or from the service being unavailable.
